The first thing you will have noticed is the exquisite bottle, shaped in the form of an 18th century ‘flacon’. As you would expect it has mineral sharpness that all Chablis can claim to have. What stands this one apart is the apricots and white peaches that come through as well. Only just been bottled so has all the verve of youth but 2022 was an exceptionally hot and dry year so this beauty already has developed into a delightful companion to prawns or shellfish as well as to chicken and turkey.
100% Chardonnay with grapes from a range of the best parcels in the area including Grand Cru and Premier Cru this is a unique blend that is made in very limited volumes. Will last 10 years but we think best enjoyed young.
